SINOPSIS:

Appleseed XIII (アップルシード XIII Appurushīdo Sātīn?) es una adaptación CGI al anime del manga Appleseed de Masamune Shirow. Reallizada en 2.011, se compone de 13 episodios. Sigue contando la historia de Deunan y Briareos ya contada en la primera OVA de Appleseed y las dos películas Appleseed y Appleseed Ex-Machina. La serie la produce Jinni’s Animation Studios asociada con Production I.G y bajo la dirección de Takayuki Hamana, con Junichi Fujisaku como supervisor del guión. Los trece episodios se agruparán en dos películas. La primera película de la serie se llamará Appleseed XIII ~Yuigon~ (アップルシード XIII〜遺言〜 Appurushīdo Sātīn ~Yuigon~) y está anunciado su lanzamiento en cines para el 13 de junio de 2.012.
